Information on this site

We work to keep product information accurate, but specifications, availability and pricing change. Nothing on this site is an offer to sell. Orders are filled against a written quote or order confirmation from us.

Product performance figures cited here, including welding speed and weld strength comparisons, come from IPG Photonics published material and from customers describing their own applications. Results depend on material, thickness, joint geometry, fit-up and operator. They are not a guarantee of the results you will get.

Safety

Handheld laser welding equipment is a Class 4 laser product and can cause serious eye and skin injury. It must be operated only by trained personnel using the eye protection specified by the manufacturer for the laser wavelength in use, in accordance with the manufacturer's manual and all applicable regulations. Nothing on this site substitutes for that manual or for proper training.
